Product arrived in pristine condition. Box was strapped to a pallet and looked like it had never been touched. Amazing shipping care. Condition of grill inside box was of same pristine condition. Very easy to assemble. Pictures were clear and ease of part assembly was good. Overall, very pleased with product. I did think the frame and housing of grill would be a little heavy-duty quality, but comparative to your standard Home Depot mass produced grill, this Napoleon is an upgrade. Great size and side shelves folding down is an awesome feature. I chose this model since it had no side burner, which is a feature I never use. Getting tougher to find a higher end grill without the side burner so this was a welcome find. Hoping this is a near-forever grill with the right care and upkeep.
