The 28 in. carbon steel seamless griddle provides 504 square inches of cooking space and is designed to evenly distribute long lasting heat. The three high efficiency stainless steel burners provide 45,000 BTU puts out heat in four different directions. Aluminized steel frame contains two work surfaces with tool hooks.
