Black PRO825 Hood Inserts

The PRO825 uses two different black hood inserts:

• N335-0076-BK2GL – Large black hood insert

• N335-0077-BK2GL – Small black hood insert

Napoleon lists the two separately in its factory PRO825 parts documentation. 

For a stainless steel small lid insert, the corresponding Napoleon part is N335-0121, which Napoleon lists separately as “LID, INSERT STN STL SM PRO825.”

Installation / Use Instructions

1. Shut off the grill's gas supply, disconnect electrical power, and allow the grill and lid to cool completely.

2. Remove the necessary small-lid hardware and related components to access the original hood insert.

3. Install N335-0077-BK2GL in the original factory position and reinstall the lid components and hardware.

Because the PRO825 lid contains separate lighting housings and electrical components, carefully preserve the original wiring position during disassembly. Napoleon lists the left and right hood-light housings as N350-0072 and N350-0073, with the N402-0017 light assembly separately.
