Installation Notes

• If installing into a cabinet, the cabinet must be constructed of non-combustible material or an insulated liner must be used (see GFLINER105).

• May also be placed on a non-combustible surface or the optional portable cart (see GFCART105).

• All Le Griddle gas and electric cooking surfaces and burners are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturer defects.

• All other parts are covered by a 10-year warranty to the original owner against manufacturer defects.
