  • 8-15 cloves garlic
  • 3 cans flat, light-colored beer
  • 4 to 6 Pounds baby back pork ribs in uncut racks

  2. Add onion and garlic, saute until transparent
  3. Add remaining ingriedients through liquid smoke, reduce heat to low
  4. Simmer uncovered for 15 min, stirring occasionally. Set aside until ready to use
  5. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  6. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan
  7. Pour 2 cans of flat, light-colored beer and 1/2 cup water into the pan
  8. Drink the other can of the beer
  9. Smear 8-15 cloves, to taste, of fresh chopped garlic on the slabs, and sprinke with fresh ground black pepper; also, this wards off vampires
  10. Bake ribs for 3 hours, covering the pan tightly with aluminum foil
  11. Occasionally spoon some of the juices on the ribs to prevent drying
  12. Spoon sauce over the ribs
  13. Eat ribs furiously
