Q: How do I place my order?
A: When you decide that you want an item, simply click add to cart, and the item will be added to your online shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click the checkout icon.

Q: How much will my freight cost?
A: After you add all of your items to your cart, click the checkout icon, and fill in the shipping information. The website will calculate your freight cost with no obligation for you to purchase anything. If the freight cost is acceptable, continue the checkout process until complete, if not cancel the order. Some zip codes in the 48 contiguous states require extra delivery fees for bridges, barges, ferries and other tolls. When placing an order, you will be notified if you are shipping to one of these zip codes.

Q: How much does the sales tax cost?
A: Residents of Illinois are charged 9.75% sales tax. All other destinations are not charged sales tax.

Q: What will the total cost of my purchase be?
A: After you add all of your items to your cart, click the checkout icon, and fill in the shipping information. The website will calculate your total cost with no obligation for you to purchase anything. If the total cost is acceptable, continue the checkout process until complete, if not cancel the order.

Q: How does my new bar-b-que or accessory get to my house?
A: Most of our large bar-b-ques are shipped via common carrier. Smaller kettles and accessories are shipped via UPS ground. All shipments can be tracked online at the carrier's website or by telephone.

Q: Do I have to be home when my bar-b-que is delivered?
A: UPS will usually leave the package at your door. Common carrier deliveries require the customer or an authorized person to be present. The common carrier will call ahead to set up a delivery date and time. You can authorize a neighbor to sign for the delivery for you.

Q: I don't live within the contiguous 48 states, how do you ship my order?
A: We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Call or E-mail us for a freight quote. Include shipping address with postal code in emails. International orders are usually shipped to the nearest airport. The customer must clear the shipment through customs and pay any applicable fees. International orders require advance payment by bank draft.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders shipped via UPS are typically received within 3-5 business days of shipment. Orders shipped via common carrier are typically received 7-10 business days after shipment.

Q: When does www.bar-b-que.com fill my order?
A: Orders are filled and shipped Monday through Friday within 3 days of order placement. Orders placed on Friday night, weekends or holidays cannot be filled and shipped until the following business day.

Q: Will my new LP gas grill come with an LP tank?
A: Weber, TEC, Thermos, Charbroil, Broil King, Broilmaster and Fire Magic LP gas bar-b-ques do not include an LP tank. We will be happy to sell you a new tank with any bar-b-que that does not include one or just to have as a spare.
