Return Policy

We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less the original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Your order acknowledgment or packing slip must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
