These Weber® aluminum drip pans have multiple uses on the grill and around the kitchen.
Set of ten (10).
Great to catch the drippings from a roast or turkey so you can use the juices to make gravy.
Also helps to reduce flare-ups.
Put your brats and burgers in them when done to keep them warm on the grill, then serve in the pan.
Put dirty pan in a clean pan if the one from the grill is full of smoke on the outside.
Try cutting potatos into small wedges, mix up with some chunks of onion and peppers all in the drip pan.
Stir together some olive oil and seasonings (basil, tyme, a little red pepper/cayanne, black pepper and some seasoned salt - or experiment).
Pour over the potatos etc, stir it all up and stick it on the grill for 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Start covered with foil and remove the foil 15 minutes before done to get the crispy bits on the edges of the potatos.
(Also works in the oven at 350-400 if the grill is full of other food.)
When done, clean it up for another use, recycle it or throw it out. 1
