Use the flat of the griddle to cook a complete breakfast of eggs, pancakes and sausages; fajitas, or grilled sandwiches. Use the ribbed side for grilling bacon, vegetables and searing, fish or others meats.

Dimensions:
14.25 x 12.75 inches (36cm x 32.5cm) and is designed for 50M BTU OMC grills but can be used on any grill where it fits but allows air to the burners and venting of excess heat.
