Extra Easy Pizza

1 pizza crust

• 1 cup bruschetta
• 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat barbecue on LOW.  Spread pizza crust with bruschetta and sprinkle generously with asiago and mozzarella cheeses.  Place directly on lightly oiled grids, and cook until cheese has melted and there are light grill marks on the bottom of the crust.

Slice into small wedges for an appetizer, or larger portions for lunch.

Pesto Pizza

For a simple variation on this pizza, try substituting with the following ingredients:

• 1 pizza crust
• 1/4 cup pesto sauce
• 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1 medium tomato, sliced
