Order Terms and Conditions:

Order fulfillment:
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. International orders may take over a week to calculate freight. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with low prices. Some orders may take longer to fill than others. We cannot always stock every item on our website. Some items shown are special order and may take 3-5 weeks for shipment. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Please provide the billing address of the credit card that you are using. This billing address appears on your monthly statement. Please try to ship to the same address. If you cannot ship to the same address please indicate, in the comment section, the reason an item is being shipped to a different address, i.e. gift, summer home, brother-in-law, ect. Orders placed with different shipping and billing addresses may take an additional week to process.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii:
Call or e-mail us for a freight quote on orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Include shipping address with postal code in emails.

International orders:
Call or e-mail us for a freight quote on international orders. Include shipping address with postal code in emails. We cannot accept credit card payment for some international orders.

International orders require credit cards issued by U.S. banks to secure the purchase. Payment may require an international bank draft.

Quotes in 2008 for shipping to Ireland, England, Norway, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia and the Netherlands have been at least 2.4 times more than the price of the item, not counting duties and taxes.

Shipping Information:
Standard: Large bar-b-ques are shipped via common carrier. Delivery typically takes 7 - 10 business days after initial shipment. The freight carrier calls to set up a delivery time and date. Smaller shipments are delivered by UPS Ground Service. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

*An extra charge may be assessed if the shipping destination is modified to complete delivery.

*We will ship to an APO/FPO items that meet the US Post Office package requirements.

*There will be a charge imposed by the carrier if the delivery attempt fails due to recipient error.

*In an attempt to lower freight costs, www.bar-b-que.com discounts its freight charges to customers. Any orders cancelled after shipment will be charged actual freight costs.

*Some zip codes in the 48 contiguous states require extra delivery fees for bridges, barges, ferries and other tolls. When placing an order, you will be notified if you are shipping to one of these zip codes. These orders will be held, and the credit card will not be charged, until the exact freight is calculated and authorized.

*Common carrier deliveries must be delivered Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm local time. After hours deliveries will incur an extra handling charge. The purchaser needs to be available to sign for the delivery, inspect the delivery and unload truck with the driver. The driver is not obligated to unload the freight past the tailgate of the truck.

*Deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. If you sign a bill of lading clear, we cannot file a damage claim with the carrier and you cannot get repair or replacement of a damaged unit!

*An extra charge will be assessed for deliveries that require two people. These include but are not limited to deliveries that require the use of stairs or inside deliveries.

*Free shipping in the 48 contiguous US states is offered on orders over $999.99. Extra handling charges are not covered by this offer. The customer's credit card will be charged any additional fees levied by the common carrier.

*We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy:
Please call our customer service department at 1-847-272-8264 to obtain a return authorization number. Your return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. Of course, all products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. If you opened the package, you may be charged a repackaging fee. Repackaging and restocking fees will be calculated upon receipt of returned goods and may be between 0% - 50%. Shipping must be prepaid on all returns. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Closeout and sale items are non-returnable.
